​When we sell directly to you it puts us in a position to offer you special deals, more informative high-quality content for the website that help you make a more informed decision, and programs like our “10 Day Fishing Trip”. Selling direct also helps us offer new, exciting products at affordable prices, like the Bullhead.5K and still gives us the wherewithal to support important causes as we deeply believe in paying it forward when it’s possible.

It’s hard to buy something if you’ve never experienced the product in action and that’s the impetus for the “Fishing Trip” program. Simply contact us, buy the gear of your choice and we’ll ship it to you. Of course, there will be some paperwork to fill out and once we’ve all agreed on the terms and conditions we’ll transact the deal.

When you receive the gear carefully unbox it, give it a go in your house, at rehearsal or a gig and within the 10 day period (which starts the day you receive the gear), you’ll need to make a decision. Absolutely inspect the gear upon arrival to identify any shipping damage or manufacturing issues (scratches, tears etc.). If so, contact us immediately.

If it isn’t working for you we’ll take it back and credit your card in full but less the freight.

  • All returns must have a “Return Authorization” number so call us and get that RA# first.
  • Return the gear in the condition that you received it, in the original carton with all the original pack-out materials.
  • We’ll inspect it and notify you if all is good or if there is a problem. If there are things missing (like the manual or cables) or if there’s any physical damage then there will be a re-stock charge of up to 15%.
  • The credit to your card will show up as quickly as we can inspect the goods.
