We proudly stand behind our products with a 5 year warranty against manufacturer defects with one exception; drivers are warrantied against manufacturer defect for 90 days. This warranty extends to the original owner of the product and the product must have been purchased from an authorized Trickfish Amplification dealer. The owner must present to us the sales invoice that clearly shows the dealer’s name, store location or website, product model and date of purchase. We do not warranty against abuse, water damage, fire, physical force, modification, improper installation, power surges or brownouts, or any other damage caused by a third party. Please contact us or call us at 281-220-7248 to obtain a Return Authorization number for the repair. Depending on the nature of the repair we may have the unit sent to us or have the owner take it to a local repair facility. The owner will be responsible for freight charges to the repair facility and if it is deemed, at our discretion, that the repairs needed fall under the guidelines of the warranty, we will pay the return freight.

Returns
All returns must have a “Return Authorization” number so contact us and get that RA# first.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all the original pack-out materials.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If there are things missing (like the manual or cables) or if there’s any physical damage then there will be a re-stock charge of up to 15%.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Pickup Return & Exchange Policy
All pickup returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number. Contact us before sending anything back — we want to make sure the process is as smooth as possible and that we find the right solution for you.
Returns
Pickups may be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, the pickup must be unused, unmodified, and returned in its original packaging with all original pack-out materials. A $30 processing fee will be applied to all approved returns, which covers inspection, re-leading if required, and cover or component replacement as needed before restocking. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We want you to be confident in your pickup choice. If the pickup you received isn’t the right fit tonally, we offer a one-time exchange for a different model within 30 days of receipt. The pickup must be in as-new condition — unmodified and undamaged — and returned in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and any difference in price between models.
Customized Orders
Custom-wound pickups ordered to specific configurations are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have questions about which pickup is right for your instrument before placing a custom order, we encourage you to reach out — we’re happy to help you make the right call the first time.
Warranty
Trickfish pickups are covered under our standard 5-year warranty against manufacturer defects for the original owner. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, physical abuse, or modification of the pickup.
